Front License Plate Holder

I hope Henrik Fisker has a hand in what to do about the front license plate required in most state in the US and not let dealership just screw plates into the front bumper.

I saw the car Monday, and as you can clearly see in this picture, they have some sort of mounting already there and covered by some plugs.
